The absence of French Lebanese actress Manal Issa (The Swimmers) evokes memories and thoughts of global conflict in new work from Elizabeth Subrin (Maria Schneider, 1983). Personal and public archival footage help to make sense of, and re-evaluate a past life - specifically one that was featured on the 2000’s Reality TV show Road Wars. And new work from lo-fi stop motion artist, and a previous core member of Exploding Cinema, Paul Tarragó (The Badger Series) investigates the legacy of a Victorian magician.
