How to LSFF
Wondering where to buy your tickets? How to find our accessible screenings? Or to submit your film?
We've tried to answer all FAQs here, but do get in touch if you need more assistance: info@shortfilms.org.uk
How do I buy tickets?
↓We don’t have an all-festival pass at LSFF, as our screenings and events take place across so many different venues. Ticket prices vary between venues and concessions may be available. Please check venue websites for ticket prices.
You can book online via the appropriate venue website (via the programme links on this website) or in person at the box office at each venue. Please contact venues directly, or if you can’t find an answer to your question do get in touch at info@shortfilms.org.uk with queries.
What are the start and end times of each event?
↓Each event has a start time on its page, with the film programme running time. Please note our festival screenings don't have ads and trailers, so please arrive on time.
Which screenings are accessible?
↓All of our venues are wheelchair accessible. Both screenings of A Raised Voice, Amplified, two repeated screenings of London Lives (at Lexi Cinema and Nunhead Community Cinema) and My Eye is My Ear have full d/Deaf and Hard of Hearing access provision, with descriptive subtitles, BSL-interpreted introductions and Q&A.
Please speak to festival staff or venue staff if you require a quiet area in the venue, or contact us at info@shortfilms.org.uk and we will endeavour to make suitable arrangements for you.
How do I sign up to your newsletter?
↓If you’d like to hear more from the festival including daily bulletins during the festival, you can sign up here.
How do I submit my film?
↓We'll reopen submissions for LSFF 2027 in January. Please see our FilmFreeway page for more information on the process.
