20-06-21 LO-BUDGET MAYHEM: Double Bill (at Rio Dalston)

ALL OF THE PEOPLE, dir. Daisy Higgins

We've all had to adapt to working from home this year gone, including LSFF’s beloved low budget filmmakers.

Ever-resourceful on a shoestring budget, and enlivened with a little lockdown-induced cabin fever, this batch of thriftily-made curiosities have turned out both ingenious and suitably screwball.

From the life story of a swearing fridge and fingernails that chat back, to a jittering Humphrey Bogart and animated psychedelia, expect big laughs, music video, a smattering of lockdown experiments and romances from the heart.
