New Shorts : Night Of The Living Docs
Night of the Living Docs is a marathon evening of documentary split into three programmes: Personal Stories (6.15pm) delves into the family histories or personal experiences of the filmmakers. Portraiture (7.35pm) gives us a snapshot of fascinating characters with amazing stories to tell, and Artistic Endeavors (9.15pm) mixes film about art and artistes with documentaries that take a more artistic approach to their subjects.
The evening will climax with the announcement of the Current TV Award for Best Documentary Film chosen from the 26 films shown tonight, and the winner will receive a Current TV commission.
